Here are some natural ways to keep your feet healthy during the holidays!

SALT DETOX BATH RECIPE
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of sea salt
  • 1 cup of Epsom salt
  • 2 cups of baking soda
  • Essential oils (optional)
Instructions:
Pour the ingredients into boiling water to dissolve, and when the mixture cools a bit, soak the feet for 30 minutes. This will soothe skin irritations, detoxify the body, increase magnesium levels, and fight exhaustion and tiredness.

OXYGEN DETOX BATH RECIPE
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of hydrogen peroxide
  • 1 tablespoon dried ginger powder
Instructions:
Fill the tub with hot water, and add the two ingredients. Then, soak the feet in it for 30 minutes, to treat allergies and irritations, and remove toxins.

CLAY DETOX BATH RECIPE
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup bentonite clay
  • 1/2 cup Epsom salt
  • Essential oils (optional)
Instructions:
Add the Epsom salt in a hot bath to dissolve. Then, add the clay in a small amount of water, and add the mixture to the bath. Soak the feet in it for 20 minutes to detoxify the body and provide high magnesium amounts.

Foot Detox Pads
You can purchase foot detox pads in healthy stores. Just put them on your feet at bedtime, and in the morning, if they have become dark, it means that the toxins have been removed from the body.

You may not realize the importance of it, but we need to do foot detoxing once in a while! We all know that our feet is one of most used parts of our body, that's why we need to pamper ourselves too. Among the detox bath styles that you have written here, I am so happy that you have clan detox bath and salt detox bath recipes here! I want to try the two because I can feel that it will work on me. Well, whatever the ways could be, what matters to me is the fact that I can relax afterwards! By the way, huge thanks for sharing this one!
